Francis C. DeVito, CPA,
CFE, CFF, a 1981 graduate of Rutgers State
University, has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Mr.
DeVito specializes in auditing, management consulting, forensic
accounting and income and estate tax planning. He is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey
and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants, the National
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of
Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants has also
certified Mr. DeVito in financial forensics.
Mr. James L. Massarelli, CPA,
MST
is an expert in the field of taxation with more than 30
years of experience. In 1980 he graduated with honors from
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, where he earned
a B.A. in Accounting. He earned his M.S. in Taxation in 1994
at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and
the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Barbara Bessemer, CPA
is an expert in the fields of accounting and auditing with
more than 30 years of experience. In 1981 she graduated from
Montclair State College where she earned a B.S. in
Accountancy, and she completed her post-graduate studies at
Fairleigh Dickinson University.
She
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and
the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
